Our commitment is to deliver a premium experience defined by excellence, punctuality and rigorous planning. Please review our refund terms carefully.
Because securing our operations requires the immediate assignment of highly qualified private security personnel, specialized armored vehicles, and exclusive hotel logistics, the following cancellation terms apply:
All cancellation timeframes are calculated from the confirmed service commencement time. GISL reserves the right to evaluate emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
To formally initiate a refund request, the client or the authorized service leader must follow these steps:
- Method: Every approved refund will be processed exclusively through the original payment method utilized by the client via the Stripe Payments platform. For security reasons and AML compliance, cash refunds or transfers to third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Estimated Processing Time: Once the refund is approved by GISL, the system will execute the transaction immediately. The funds will typically appear on the client's bank statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on the internal processing times of the card-issuing bank.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment source. No cash refunds or third-party transfers are permitted under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Premium Bookings: Certain specialized logistics reservations โ such as yacht rentals, private helicopter flights, or high-end luxury villa bookings โ are bound by the strict cancellation policies of our direct suppliers. If the final provider does not allow refunds, GISL cannot apply a refund to that specific service segment. This will be explicitly communicated to the client in the formal quotation before any payment is made.
- Schedule Modifications: If the client needs to shift their operation dates due to changing business agendas or flight alterations, GISL will make every operational effort to reschedule the services without penalty, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance and assets are available.
