GISL operates under a strict principle of confidentiality. Your data is never sold, traded, or leased to third parties. It is only shared with tech providers and essential strategic partners vital for the operation:

  • Stripe Payments: Gateway handling the secure processing of payment data.
  • Authorized Local Operational Partners: Only strictly necessary data (such as names for hotel check-ins or mobility destinations) under rigorous non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
  • Competent Authorities: If explicitly required by law or to protect the physical integrity and safety of the client during an extreme emergency.

Your data is never sold, traded, or leased to third parties under any circumstance. GISL's confidentiality commitment is absolute.

06
Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the contracted services, or to comply with legal, accounting, and tax regulations applicable to the company in Colombia.
