GISL provides a centralized service model that acts as a single point of contact for all the operational needs of international clients within the national territory. Our core services are categorized into:

• Security Services: Private protection solutions (armed escorts, VIP protection, security for executives and celebrities), secure mobility (armored vehicles, professional drivers), and security for groups or private events.
• Travel & Logistics Services: Management of premium accommodation, exclusive experiences, private tours, events, and high-end transportation services (yachts, helicopters).
• TravelShield Support: A technological and operational real-time monitoring system, immediate emergency activation, and 24/7 assistance connected directly with our operations center.

The use of this website is reserved for individuals of legal age who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information in all contact or service request forms.
• Not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or to compromise the security of the Company's technological infrastructure.
• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of any access credentials assigned for the use of our assistance platforms.

• Custom Quotes: Due to the premium nature and high level of customization of our security and logistics services, final rates will be established through formal commercial proposals delivered digitally to the client.
• Secure Payment Gateway: All electronic payments are securely processed through our authorized gateway, Stripe Payments. GISL does not store or have direct access to users' credit or debit card data.
• Currency and Taxes: Prices will be invoiced in the currency specified in the formal quotation (typically USD or COP) and will be subject to applicable taxes as required by law in the corresponding jurisdiction.
• Identity Verification: In accordance with international financial regulations, GISL and Stripe reserve the right to request additional identity verifications (KYC/AML processes) before confirming any high-value transaction.

All content presented on this website, including but not limited to: logos, trademarks, text, commercial copies, images, source code, user interfaces, the conceptual design of the TravelShield platform, and other visual components, is the exclusive property of Global Integrated Security and Logistic S.A.S. or its respective licensors.

• GISL commits to executing every operation with the highest professional standards of planning, control, and risk mitigation. However, the Company shall not be held liable for delays or contract breaches resulting from Force Majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe public order disruptions, strikes, unforeseen government actions, or airport closures).
• The Company operates under strict due diligence guidelines. Nevertheless, the client is entirely responsible for complying with their own legal and travel regulations during their stay in the country.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Medellín, Colombia.
